Jason and his team were professional and prompt in starting the work on installing a new roof on our home. His team was responsive to our questions and walked us through the process with our insurance company. It would normally be a stressful event, but they did whatever it took to minimize this for our family. Jason also made it a pint to conduct a pst install quality inspection of the work performed and our property to ensure it was left in a condition that was above our satisfaction. We also needed some gutters added to our home and he was able to help with this request and again made it convenient to have the work done. The Elite Exteriors team was on top of things throughout the entire process and exceeded my expectations as a home owner and customer.

I had my roof and siding replaced by these guys last year. Absolutely no issues with the quality of the work almost a year later. The crew was very respectful with several comments from neighbors about how diligent they were about clean-up during the process.A stray nail did cause an issue with a couple outside electrical outlets. They covered the costs to repair the issue and make it right.Class act, highly recommended.

They shingled our roof, installed new aluminum fascia around the roof line, and replaced 3 windows in concrete block. Overall, the quality of work appears to be excellent. Their prices are actually very competitive. They may not be the lowest prices, but I believe this business is one of those rare gems that care more about the quality of their work, the happiness of the customer, & their reputation than milking every possible extra dollar out of the customer. All e-mails & phone calls were returned promptly. We had some snags with the roof, but it was all rectified with minimal hassle. We plan to live in our house for a very long time, and I expect this business to be my first stop for doors, windows, siding, etc. Highly recommended for homeowners in the south Metro.

Absolutely amazing! Starting with Jason stopping by after a major hail storm to ask if we needed any assistance. Several neighbors had recently become Elite Exterior customers due to this storm. We had already had our insurance adjuster out, so I thought we were fine and didn't need much in the way of repairs. Jason offered to show me some areas that insurance adjusters often miss. One of these areas were Windows; where once shown, even I could see the problem. Based on Jason's visit, we called our insurance back and low and behold, they agreed the Windows did indeed need replacing, along with a number of other issues.. We had nearly all of our windows replaced, as well as the patio door and all new siding.. Every aspect of the process was flawless. All of the contractors were professional experts in their field and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Sloan kept everyone/everything well managed. We had a couple issues, literally years later, with one of the Windows, both Jasen and Sloan were always responsive and prompt at addressing the issue and spent a good deal of time working with the window manufacturers (who wanted to blame the issue on poor installation) to get it fixed. Note:. - it was not the installation, it did turn out to be faulty manufacturing. Anyway, five stars...have and will continue to recommend them!!

This company here... Excellent. Our neighborhood had a very strong hail storm sweep through, several homes were damaged on our street, trees downed, and 2" hail, driven by very strong winds. My 1905-era home and garage roofs were damaged, and also the siding on the garage, along with some other damage, and on top of the physical damage, my insurance company was being extremely difficult. Carey and Elite Exteriors were the best, through it all. The work was done quickly and professionally, and I'm very happy with the way my home looks now. I think that their attention to details, and use of highest-quality materials is part of what makes Elite Exteriors one of the best companies in MN. They have experience working with home owners and understand insurance laws and home owner's rights, when storm damage occurs. They are local and are not going anywhere, (unlike some other fly-by-night storm-chasing contractors), they have their reputations on the line, and they follow-through on their promises. I highly recommend them.
